Andrew Sarson - General Manager
Andrew joined the Good People Collective, as our General Manager, with over 15 years of charity fundraising experience behind him.
His career started out in face to face fundraising and after 6 years of being agency side, he joined a large UK charity to establish their first ever in house face to face fundraising programme.
Since then he has worked across a number of organisations leading on all things people and fundraising - covering recruitment, acquisition, retention, programme development and a few awards to shout about along the way.
Coming back to his main passion here at GPC, People and the ever evolving world of Recruitment, Andrew is always keen to fully understand our clients needs, through a hands on approach, great attention to detail and applying his sector expertise to ensure their needs at met, often at scale and at pace.
Matt Atkinson - Director
Matt Atkinson is a Founder and MD at One Sixty Fundraising, a US and UK based Face-to-Face agency specializing in donor retention and creative campaigns. He has nearly 20 years of experience in Face-to-Fundraising including overseeing the recruitment of over 150k supporters at One Sixty. Previously he helped establish an inhouse F2F program at Shelter, The Childrens Society, Scope and Battersea some of the UK’s largest charities and he has extensive experience consulting and helping to establish non-profit F2F programs around the world.
Matt Monfared - Director
Prior to founding One Sixty Fundraising International, Matt played a leading role in the national expansion of Shelter’s inhouse team and its social enterprise venture, The Street Academy. As a consultant, Matt has supported charities of all sizes in the UK and abroad and through OSI Matt has had the pleasure to work with amazing causes in the UK and the USA. These experiences have resulted in a passion for helping deliver great donor acquisition programs which he knows underpin great staff recruitment. Through Good People Collective, we will be able to offer our expertise to in house operations in the UK. Recruitment is everything when it comes to successful inhouse programs and providing best in class staff recruitment is what GPC aims to provide above all else.
